We are the longest running ballet school still operating in North Mayo.  We offer graded classes in classical ballet.  These classes also include international folk dance, (Spanish, Russian, Italian etc)  and character dance ( from 'Cats' to 'The Lion King' and anything in between).   Inhouse exams are available for those who wish to take them.  Anyone who doesn't can still fully take part in all activities.  Age for beginners is usually 5 but children of 4 years can be given a two week trial to see if they are ready. 

Stage classes have no grading system and there are no exams.  These classes are available to anyone over 8 years old and incorporate types of dance not covered in ballet classes (musical, tap, modern).  Each year they will also do short skits from a different musical including dance, singing and acting.

All classes have an element of fun - we don't take ourselves TOO seriously.

All pupils take part in annual shows at Christmas and festivals in the summer.  

There is no upper age limit and I would be more than happy to start an adult class in ballet or stage.  No previous experience necessary.  We would take it slowly to begin with and it is great exercise.

Classes cost €7 and last for one hour.  Ballina classes are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Glencastle, Belmullet all day Saturday.
