With all my clients i look into thier weaknesses and strengths and help them devise a program that is realistic and managable. By motivating and changing the routine each week i help people achieve desired results, usually within 6 weeks.

TRAINING SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT AURA LEISURE LINK NAVAN and cost 300euro for 10 sessions or 40euro for one hour session.

I also do small group rates starting from 60euro. usually 4-6 people for one hour class, subject to studio availability.

HOUSE or OUTDOOR CALLS ARE AVAILABLE AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED FROM 40EURO.
