Artistic Gymnastics
is a competitive sport where gymnasts train on apparatus and perform
their routines at competitions. The women train on Floor, Beam, Vault
and Bars, the men train on Floor, Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars,
Pommel horse and Rings. All of our apparatus are the highest FIG
standard. Gymnasts learn impressive skills, good posture and excelllent
concentration skills. Artistic Gymnasts are said to be the fittest,
strongest and most flexible athletes in the world!
