The National Aquatic Centre’s team of qualified and champion athletes bring you a tailor made course of outdoor classes in the plush surrounds of the Centre.  Drawing on their expertise our team has created a unique training experience for you to get in shape this Spring.  If you like to keep fit and fancy a challenge this is for you. All you need is a pair of trainers, warm layered clothing (and wet gear for the muddy days). You don’t have to be a Member of ToneZone so come along and bring a friend for support !
