Grandmaster Dillon and Master Harry (also known as the Little Dragon) formed the International Chinese Boxing Association, which is known as the I.C.B.A.

Shortly after the I.C.B.A. was set up, Master Zhao (Shaolin Taolu) came on board and accepted the roll of Honorary Vice-President.

The Organisation formed a central committee in which Ken Scott was elected Chairman. The purpose of the central committee is to promote martial arts, and strive to preserve the art of Li Ching Wu while respecting other arts and sports.

The I.C.B.A. Organisation intends to promote and develop Li Ching Wu, and to promote and run national Sanshou competitions in the near future, by creating a forum for skilled martial artists to learn the rules of Sanshou.

To establish a panel of Sanshou fighters, the I.C.B.A. will appoint Sanshou Coaches for each county in the Republic of Ireland. Overseeing the Sanshou project are Li Ching Wu Instructor Mr C. Browne and Chinese Wushu Assocation Member Shi fu Mr Y Dong.

The I.C.B.A. Organisation has also developed an Online martial arts supply shop which sells quality martial arts equipment which is ISO certified to ensure best standards. Over time, it is our belief the product range will improve with popularity.

It is the mission of I.C.B.A. to promote all of its elements to its fullest, while remaining non-political and supportive to all other martial arts, sports, and combats systems.
