About Me
We are a group of Personal Trainers/Fitness instructors working in and around Dublin City.
We specialise in weight loss and muscle tone as well as exercise for older adults and pre and post natal exercises
We have combined our knowledge and training to offer a 'no nonsense' Personal Training service for those looking to make a change for the better in their life.
Being healthier improves your life in so many ways including self esteem, and the best part is that fitness is for EVERYBODY.
All of our fitness qualifications (personal trainer, gym instructor, aerobics instructor) are with national college of exercise and health studies (NCEHS)
swimming qualification is with amateur swimming association of Ireland (IASA)
lifeguard qaulification is with royal life saving society of Ireland (RLSSI)
