Tuesday’s 8pm - 9.15pm Thursday’s 8pm – 9.15pm Classes catered from Beginners to Intermediate Levels. Class consists of a full body workout with Step Aerobics, Circuits, Boxercise and Body Conditioning. Step Aerobics benefits include cardio respiratory fitness, weight management and mood enhancement. Boxercise benefits the entire body. Cardiovascular you burn more calories in an hour than using a stair climber. Boxercise combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
