Eastern Bay is a swim team who also swim in the sea.  We train in Trinity Sports Centre,Donaghmede on Monday & Thursday at 7.45pm - 8.30pm and on Sat at 6.15 to 7.15pm We also train in Westwood 50m Pool complex in Clontarf on Wed at 8pm.  I am the coach and have coach up to olympic standard and have helped three swimmers to the olympic games.  Swimmers can develop their stroke as we have a teaching lane, learn new strokes and increase their cardiovascular fitness levels.  The cost is €6 per session in Donaghmede and €7 for Westwood.  The club meets at high rock in Portmarnock on Sunday at 12noon for a swim in the sea and from June to September they take part in the Open Sea Swimming Season which is run under the Direction of Swim Ireland.  During the season swimmers can take part in sea swims in a very safe environment.
