About Me

Breathing Place Yoga is a tranquil yoga studio centrally located on Main Street in Clane offering yoga for all ages and levels including prenatal and yoga for children.

The aim of Breathing Place Yoga is to offer small tailored yoga classes that allow students to develop their practise in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Classes cater to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced students. Hatha and Forrest style classes open to men and women; involve stretching, breathing, strengthening and relaxation. Regular practise helps increase energy, fitness and releases tension so you feel more calm and grounded.

The studio is a peaceful haven with natural light and wooden floor to practise and learn including a small Yoga Boutique with yoga inspired gifts, music CDs and quality yoga equipment.
